1. Scope of Work

MPTech.in will provide the following services under the agreed project scope:

  • Website design and layout
  • Front-end and back-end development
  • Responsive mobile compatibility
  • Integration with CMS (e.g., WordPress)

2. Custom Design & Revisions

  • The client is entitled to two (2) rounds of revisions during the design phase.
  • Additional revisions beyond the two rounds will incur extra charges.

3. Theme-Based HTML Adjustments

  • MPTech will implement client-provided logo, content, images, color themes, and other minor adjustments.
  • All changes must be finalized before CMS development begins.

4. Design Finalization Policy

  • Once the design is approved and development begins, no design changes will be entertained.
  • Any changes requested during development will be billed at ₹350/hour.

5. Content & Image Responsibility

  • The client must provide all website content and stock images in a timely manner.
  • If delayed, MPTech will procure stock images from www.istockphoto.com or free resources like www.pexels.com, with the cost billed separately.

6. Post-Delivery Content Management

  • After final delivery, the client is responsible for updating and maintaining content and images.
  • MPTech will provide a documentation file to guide content updates.

7. Responsive Design

  • The website will be responsive and compatible with 99% of devices across platforms.

8. Payment Terms

Payments must be made as follows:

  • 50% advance before project initiation
  • 25% upon design approval
  • 25% before the website goes live or final project approval

Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be billed at an hourly or flat fee, as discussed.

9. Non-Delivery Clause

  • If full payment is made and MPTech fails to deliver the project files, the client may take appropriate legal or contractual action.

10. Copyright & Portfolio Rights

  • All copyrights will be transferred to the client upon final payment.
  • MPTech retains the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio and marketing materials.

11. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must respond promptly to design drafts and feedback requests to avoid delays.
  • Failure to make timely payments as per the invoice releases MPTech from the obligation to deliver files or go live with the site.

12. SSL Certificate

  • A free SSL certificate will be provided and auto-renewed every 3 months, ensuring continuous HTTPS security for the website.

13. Post-Launch Support

  • MPTech offers 1 month of free support covering both server and code-related issues.
  • Ongoing maintenance or extended support is not included unless purchased separately.

14. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.

15. Liability Disclaimer

  • MPTech is not liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or downtime after the 1-month post-launch support period.

16. SEO Submission

  • SEO submission will include: InfoTiger, Amidalla, and Secret Search Engine Labs directories.
